REVIEW

Fly Me to the Moon is a charming romance comedy led by Channing Tatum and Scarlett Johansson who have an amazing chemistry that you can’t help but root for. Yes the movie is a little goofy at times but that actually works in its favour, reinforcing the comedic aspects nicely but also allowing the more emotional notes to really land. I loved how they incorporated the conspiracy theories so smoothly into the central plot, with Woody Harrelson leading that side of things. Channing Tatum may not lead the Oscar nominations but he’s wonderful at creating characters that audiences enjoy, he’s funny, likeable and seems to work well with everyone around him! Definitely a Friday feel good movie if you have the chance to watch it.
